I think the problem would be if we as a group decided that no one
charging under X could be part of our group, or if we decided that no
one charging under X could officially be called a PHP programmer and
would instead be dubbed "someones niece" and therefore not professional
enough, so we'd then make sure she couldn't get a php job or contract
for less. I don't see anyone doing that here.
