Ken,

I have been using Eclipse for a year or so now and I have messed around with Zend briefly. Can you tell us more about why you like PhpED over Eclipse and Zend?

Thanks,
Jonathan

My favorite thing about zend that I really haven't been able to find in other IDEs is you can edit on a remote server, lots of other IDEs allow you to edit locally then publish or upload it up to your server, but Zend actually ftps when you save so you can view your changes instantly. Also you can add local files and remote files into the same project, plus zde has lots of features the others have, you can hook into a mysql server and run queries, so far its the best embeded mysql setup I've used, the one main feature I wish zend had is a ssh terminal, which phpEd does have
