People who lack tact or respect are always an irritation in our 
 society. But have you found that not putting a minimum salary or a range 
 kept this from happening? Seems to me that if you don't put it, it would 
 still happen and you still turn them away. Putting it there at least 
 gives job seekers an idea of what you are willing to give. I personally 
 would give up some pay for less stress and/or better accommodations on 
 my personal life such as time off or the ability to telecommute from 
 time to time.
