I agree, it relative to where you're standing.  If sales, good, if engy bad.

I guess what i'm saying is, let's not be coy about it.  It is what it
is, a tactic. not an effort to save ink on a page, not an effort to
take about the job, it's a tactic and it comes with consequences like
dave was saying.  in my opinion, for what it is worthy, you get the
more desperate, not necessarily the more senior.

think of it this way.  would you start working on dev a website
without a clear understanding of how much it would pay.

how far do you go into the convo before the convo of price comes up,
as a business owner?  you are busy, you can't be wasting your time
hearing about every website, you need to filter to those who can
afford your service.

i understand that.
