--- Comment #127 from Mark Millard <marklmi26-f...@yahoo.com> --- (In reply to Tomasz "CeDeROM" CEDRO from comment #126) ASUS TUF Z890 PRO WIFI's Tech Spec reports: Rear USB (Total 8 ports) 2 x Thunderbolt™ 4 ports (2 x USB Type-C®) 6 x USB 10Gbps ports (6 x Type-A) Front USB (Total 7 ports) 1 x USB 20Gbps (supports USB Type-C® with up to 30W PD/PPS Fast-charge )* 1 x USB 5Gbps header supports 2 additional USB 5Gbps ports 2 x USB 2.0 headers support 4 additional USB 2.0 ports * USB Type-C® power delivery output: 5V/9V max. 3A, 12V max 2.5A, 15V max. 2.0A FreeBSD does not yet support Thunderbolt 4 (or 3) as far as I know. If some of those ports do not involve the Thunderbolt 4 controller, they might work differently. The 5Gbps and USB 2.0 contexts may be the most likely. I found no unique match to "ASUS Sabretooth 2.0" (or to: ASUS Sabertooth 2.0). So I could not well look up that context. Was the "PCI-E NEC USB3 controller" testing using the same drives? What vintages of USB3 are supported by this controller? It may be that using this avoids involving what FreeBSD does not support. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
