It should have been called Alpha 17 instead of Pre-Beta.

But think about it from their perspective at RunRev. Damned if they do, Damned if they don't. People will be complaining either way until 2.0 is actually released. Not an easy situation to be in.

Personally I was just frustrated because I really wanted to do some serious testing and start learning some of the new 2.0 features, but am not able to because the IDE is still too buggy to work with. However I've only been programming RunRev for a couple of months; so I'm not the best judge of how far along it is really.
