crash when building distribution

hi:  i am running X 10.2.4. and rev 1.1.1.  *every* time i want to 
build a PPC distribution, RR either crashes or infinitely displays the 
text in the distributionBuilderWin "saving file ...bla bla".  anybody 
with the same experience?  any suggestions?  thank you very much.  olli.
