Hi Frank n all..

Tested your prj both in RS and RSview
I can't confirm this either...
But if I find something out.. I will return..

One thing that can happen at times, is that I have to click Twice in the view for the WalkThru Tool to actually get right..(For Gravity and so on to start to work..) btw.. would be good if WalkThru would use the Viewport/Camera settings the user sets, from CameraObjects or so.. (for clipping plane and so on..), instead of having its own settings that one can't change.. (Walking or flying over larger areas, and things getting clipped, is not that intuitive..=)

But I love that this tool finally have come... (a step closer to Quakes way...=)

A fun thing to test..(a simple thing, can be much more advanced..)
1. Use two cubes, one of them for the first step of a stair, and the other one for the Top step.. 2. Multiselect these two cubes, and apply the Interpolator Tool, set its options for how many steps inbetween and so on.. (render and see so it looks ok.=) 3. Use this "Stair" in your building.. and with the WalkThruTool climb the stairs..=), shows that most things can be used to work and be "felt" by the WalkThru Tool.. ! (even Raytraced Particles.....and so on..=).. so many fun things to find out.. !

Take Care

Basically any scene will do, it's not related to the new building tool. I've
attached a small example object file. Open the file in the startup
environment, set camera to perspective, apply the walkthru utill, aim at one of the walls, try to walk around and see what happens. I'm curious to know
what others see happening.

Hi Frank, sorry it took some time, I just tried your project and still can't reproduce your problem. In other words, the camera stays in perspective mode here, like it should; even zooming in or out is recorded. Weird... anyway, now we know it's not in the project, it's something in your setup...
