OK, thank you all for trying.
When I load my building object into a "virgin" installation the view remains
in perspective mode. Still it's hard, near impossible, to walk through the
building. There are unpredictable changes of the viewangle, I suppose that
is what Garry experienced too. And at occasions the building starts to float
up or down, probably related to the gravity control problem that Stephan
mentions.
Rsview is a nice, freely distributable tool that should be a little more
"idiot proof" before it can be put in the hands of a client.
I fully support Stepan's suggestion for a configurable camera object.
And finally: Happy new year to you all. 2007 has been a particularly good
year for me. Most important achievement has been that Qrooz Marine Cabins
has won the Rotterdam Design Award 2007 with little more than my 3d work to
show the design. I hope 2008 will get even better for all of us.
