Nice work , maybe next could you add a couple
of elegant nurses walking around in the hospital
theatre.
However point is to see how powerful RS could be
in hands of experts , a good stimulation for newbies like me.

Hi Andre,
There was no time for nurses... yeah it's very empty. There are many errors
and too much aliasing, the whole thing should be re-rendered with people,
motion blur, different camera movement and improved shaders but that's a
huge task...
