Hi Matthias, Andre and Timo,
Thanks for your efforts.
I've been reading about qtvr and other VR panorama's today. Allthough the VR
worlds are often distinguished as spherical, cubical or cylindrical there
are really just 2 types: cylindrical and cubical. Spherical describes the
feeling a cubical VR panorama like adobe's QTVR may give.
The difficulty is not in producing the images, that just means putting a
virtual camera inside a 3D room in rs3d and render several views. The
difficult part, at least for me, is to find a way to turn the rendered
result into a VR panorama.
I've been trying a program called Hugin. It produces beautifull panorama's
from several images, but doesn't add the VR part.
Another question I still have after a day of experimentations is how to add
clickable hotspots. But perhaps I'm getting a bit toomuch off topic.
Anyway, thanks for your help, I'm stumbling on.
Regards,
Frank Buters
