Some images are interesting on your gallery. My favorite is "paths".
"Depression" could be better if the red was not saturated.
And I personally hate all images that are in 4/3 ratio, 4/3 vertical is ok.

I have never seen it myself but heard that there is a RS tutorial on animating a moving anus shitting a turd. Don't know if it was a joke or it is real but I swear someone has talked about it on this list a couple of years ago. So your question about breasts is welcome. It must be difficult to do because when creating human model your brain hates anything that is not exactly at the right place.

"Afford to keep upgraded", that's the most important thing, I have lost quite often my jobs in the last 3 years. I am still unemployed and will stay like that for the next 1 1/2 year (going on formation for "Industrial Drawing"). My perspective on software has changed over the year. Because I have not much money and also because I am working on a new kind of 3D software : a software that cannot be updated (future proof). It's a commercially suicidal thing to do because you can only sell it once, then it's over forever. It will not be anything close to a complete software like realsoft.

"Upgrade" is a lie, it should be called "Maintenance" instead, because as soon as there is a new version, the company cannot support the old one anymore.
So in fact most software cost 200$ average by year just to operate.

And free solutions really suck, trust me I have tried many times (all of them). All free renderers are incomplete (lack essential function like subdivision) and thrives on useless features.
All free modelers are more or less crappy copies of other software.
And full free 3D application is a mess of different visions forced together.

My main criticism of the new "user friendly" software that comes out today is the lack of low level operations for modeling and animating. Many software that are easy to use at first, you get quick result fast, but in the middle of a project, their fantastic "automated button" will not work and there is no way to bypass it. Low level access is crucial to any 3D software. Software like Strata, Vue4, Bryce, Groboto, TrueSpace make it impossible to work on a professional project (because everything is fancy easy interface, no way to access data directly).

That IS quite an extensive list. Too bad these companies don't keep to
their words, or are nicer to their user base. And glad that companies
like RealSoft seem to do better at that.

I am also glad to see that this list is not as harsh as others I have
encountered where if you make the slightest disparaging comment you
get attacked. The one other software that has a good user support base
is Rhino. The only question I even asked that wasn't answered was how
to make breasts. Now I explained that I didn't mean nude ones, but I
was working on a buxom cartoon-ish character (clothed) and simply
wanted to give her some cleavage. I still haven't finished that
character model.

Still working at teaching myself RS when I find the time. Even though
I am unemployed, I am still quite busy. I am searching for some 3D
program that I can learn to use and afford to keep upgraded.
