I'm proud owner of 3D Coat.
Really great one and a good alternative to ZBrush.
Much easier to learn in my opinion,
it's fast and has voxel support in the new version.
(Voxels can be converted to quadrangulated meshes)
And the toolset to create UVs is very nice.
If you've often to paint textures or organic modeling
tasks you should check out the demo download.
