Well, ModeShape is still just a project without commercial support from
Red Hat, but guys from its team are very responsive (Randall Hauch and
Brian Carothers) on #modeshape channel of the freenode IRC. They are
glad for any user/developer feedback.

Anyway, ModeShape should become a part of JBoss Enterprise SOA Platform
[1] soon (at least AFAIK), so the support will be available then.
