The issue came from the fact that I was importing my own system user as we said.
If you Export users using the following options it will export all types of users (System Users, Public Users, & Users) Repository : Users Base Path : / Keep version : unticked Format XML : unticked Compression : XML If you only want to export users in the "Users" tab, use the same options as above except this: Base Path : /admin If you only want to export users in the "System Users" tab, use the same options as above except this: Base Path : /system If you only want to export users in the "Public Users" tab, use the same options as above except this: Base Path : /public In my case, I only needed to export & import the users present in the "Users" tab. I then imported them using the following options: Repository : Users Base Path : /admin Keep version : unticked File : chose corresponding file UUID : Remove existing nodes with the same id If you do this, the users then appear in an "admin" folder. It is working since the users can then log in. However, I have an issue with this folder, since if I have to repeat this procedure a second "admin" folder will be created. Any idea how to get around this? I tried editing the xml file to remove this "admin" folder from the import but unsuccessfully. I also tried different options during the import & I get nowhere.
