Yes, that's what I'm doing now. Easy enough since the animation choreograph is a Boolean graph and the on/off can be drawn directly there for blink objects for example. In order to place an object at a specific point or with specific attributes I will sometimes shift to a duplicate - on for one and off for the prior state - all in the same frame. A VSL material seemed a useful tool since it is a lot easier to apply the same boolean time line to a lot of different objects in a lot of different levels, very easily. This is rare but the clip based material I came up with seemed clumsy. It is of no great matter at all but thanks for looking at it!!
