no we have not really worked much on the repository as a feature of 3.0,
that is in a coming release, hence no doco on it.

Not sure re malaysia ! - I live in Australia (so it would be "up" to
Malaysia), but it is expected there will be some training partners in the
region (there are a few already) who will be able to run courses eventually.
