I strongly suggest not to copy that data folder, cause all bundles
store information there.
I'd rather suggest that you use the features to create your "own" Karaf Setup,
I think we have a good description online on how to build your own
customized Karaf.
You still can ask Mike he has also lot's of knowledge on how to build
a customized Karaf.
