Why did we remove the old instructions? They are for "Lenya 1.2.?".
They worked well for Lenya 1.2.2: copy a publication and change the
name.
The issues being solved are for Lenya 1.2.3, which is a development
release.
we do not make a distinction between even and odd numbers, 1.2.3 is a
stable release.
