Oh. Huh? From all the issues being found, it did not feel like one:

upgrading publications is something that needs to be improved in
general, yes. i think once we have publication templating, less changes
to the default publication will be necessary
- The new "New Publication Deployer" is alpha code. YMMV.
what deployer? do you mean the create publication wizard? that is part
of trunk (1.4alpha1)
- Search does not work with the Windows Installer.
it doesnt work with 1.2.2 installer either, because the installer doesnt
ship with the full development environment like the build properties
