I found out that there is an Eclipse 3.3 template for DITA here:

(be aware that the latest release in the package was for Eclipse 3.2, but the older one for 3.3 ... link goes to the correct one)

Maybe there are Eclipse 3.4 templates somewhere, but I couldn't find them.

As far as i could find out, the help system hasn't gone through any big changes for Eclipse 3.4.

I would be nice if you could set up the DITA stuff with some dummy content for Neoclipse, and then others could add the real content.
