Hello. Having received all your e-mails from last night, and after reading most of them, I think, I can provide some information, which could possibly help.
I, too, have seen problems after upgrading from 0.0.11 to 0.0.12 in november last year, fixed them for me, and collected (almost, see below) all information in http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MNGECLIPSE-435 (Pls excuse the fact, that my comments/attachments are all duplicated there, seems to be a JIRA problem). I dont want to repeat the things from there. But YOUR problem, that C:\${env.TOMCAT_HOME}\webapps\m2.repository is used as directory, seems to be the same effect as I stated in my last comments there. For resolving this, I slightly changed the DefaultMavenExecutionRequestPopulator.(create)LocalRepository , but I have NOT added the corresponding patch, as I was not sure, if this is the "right" solution, or breaks something else. If I should add the patch, pls let me know - right now, I'm in a hurry.. What complicates the things somehow is, that this patched class does NOT belong to m2eclipse directly, but to the maven embedder. But I believe this is the smoking gun. Do you know what I need to do to my settings.xml to get it workaround ? Is a blocker patch forthcoming? Please advise. thanks ----- Best regards Ken in nashua -- View this message in context: http://www.nabble.com/m2Eclipse-plugin-remains-unusable-without-install-support-tp14697346s177p14723938.html Sent from the Maven Eclipse - User mailing list archive at Nabble.com. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe from this list please visit: http://xircles.codehaus.org/manage_email --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe from this list please visit: http://xircles.codehaus.org/manage_email
