I'm running 3.4 and am trying to use
http://m2eclipse.sonatype.org/update-dev/ (which is where my current version
came from). BTW, I have no problem with other update sites -- only this one.

I will try the command line mirror. But if eclipse cannot get the update in
the first place I don't see why it would work from the command line.
