If you are updating from version 0.9.4 or earlier, dependencies had
been changed and core m2eclipse plugin now depends on WTP's XML editor
tools (which is included into both Eclipse for Java and Eclipse for Java
EE bundles from Ganymede and Europa).
Also note that you should always use "Install..." action in the update
manager and not "Update...", so you won't mis newly added features. In
some cases I saw that it is necessary to restart Eclipse once more after
restart that is done by the update manager.

In the meantime I will uninstall and do a clean install.
