Can you please point the source files that you installed on your RH7 Setup
and the procedure on how you went upon installing it. I have tried many
times installing the rpms but failed.

I run Midgard 1.4 on a RH7 without any problem, though I installed it
from sources (BTW, are there RH7 RPM available ?).
I suggest either you try to install it on RH7 (from tarball src or the
src RPM if no RH7 RPM avail.), or on RH6.2 if RH7 is too much hassle,
but I strongly advice you to install Midgard 1.4 as many security bugs
have been fixed since 1.2.5.
