I don't think so.
What's happening here is just a minor bug in URL generation from Asgard,
and in fact it is dependant from the internal error AFAIR.
If you get and internal (or any kind of) error, the function for object
creation doesn't receive the id of the object (it receives "") and the
URL is built with that...
That's why the upload of the blobs doesn't work, it creates the blob
object in the DB, but encounters an error and stops before writing the
actual file.
So the real problem lies in the creation phase at the lib level.
Di you try to reinstall all from scratch (sometimes it works...)?
