Not release-critical. We need to re-think whether -L/usr/lib/mysql should
be added or not because at least in Mandrake there are static libs there, not
shared ones (they are in /usr/lib).

Closed. Corresponding change was added into PHP4, both HEAD and PHP_4_0_6
branches. 4.0.6RC4 will be released today.

I have no info from bug submitter since February.
I need a check by somebody with FreeBSD 4.1-RELEASE that it reproducible with
MySQL > 3.23.28 because similar bug was fixed in MySQL 3.23.28
