For those that don't know, a new bugtracker was installed so
bugnumbers have been changed.

04: (emiliano) possibly fixed by midgard-config (now in a CVS near you)

Regarding 08 and 05: I simply don't have the time to do work on both
branches (I have hardly any time to work on the others), and given
that php3 is end-of-lifed by the PHP team itself it seems like a
sensible thing to do. If there are people with a stake in php3
(for technical or phylosophical reasons), you'll get my full support
but you will have to assume responsibility for the maintenance
of the branch.
