This means that conversion (whereever it is done) is incorrect. In
'MidgardParser russian' we (Midgard) don't employ conversion at all.

S with acute/s with acute? (Repeating these characters for those w/o
Latin-2). If so, then conversion table is incorrect. Do you use Russian
Apache as well?
