I have had a quick search and don't see Google indexing the help pages http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&safe=off&q=site:demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/+showHelp&aq=f&aqi=&aql=&oq=&gs_rfai=
They are indexing the demo site but it seems only the /control/main pages and the /ecommerce pages as its not password protected. http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=site:demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org&hl=en&safe=off&ei=cAB7TIaXBcOrccP0zd4F&start=0&sa=N On 30/08/2010 03:29, BJ Freeman wrote: > for the demo's the spiders start from the main ofbiz page so are logged in. > they have the login string in all their subsequent searches. > > ========================= > BJ Freeman <http://bjfreeman.elance.com> > Strategic Power Office with Supplier Automation > <http://www.businessesnetwork.com/automation/viewforum.php?f=52> > Specialtymarket.com <http://www.specialtymarket.com/> > Systems Integrator-- Glad to Assist > > Chat Y! messenger: bjfr33man > > > Bruno Busco sent the following on 8/29/2010 11:18 AM: >> Actually to access the online help it is necessary to be logged into >> OFBiz >> (this is why I recently hided the help icon when not logged in). >> Will the search engine spiders be able to scan it? >> >> 2010/8/29 BJ Freeman<[email protected]> >> >>> I had to check on my demo to verify that the Search engines do parse the >>> Help in the Demo >>> I see is good in two ways.
