Thanks for prompt reponse.

I tried again adding new catalogs on demo link. I added exisiting categories 
also (with new catalog) but still catalogs/categories tree not getting 
populated.

I am not sure whether I will need to add other details ( like store, party etc).

Let me know if you have any inputs.

I have followed same steps as before plus added category to catalog. Still it 
is not getting populated under tree.

New Catalogs id -> CAR & Color.
