Hi Robert, please check that the following fields in the new product store are properly set:
* isImmediatelyFulfilled is set to N * inventoryFacilityId is set with the right facility * reserveInventory is set to Y If you have loaded the new store in the system using xml data, then I would recommend that you use the Webtools data maintenance screen to check the values of the fields in the ProductStore entity; I am saying this because the Catalog screen may be misleading showing you a field with a value of Y even if the field is null.
