Thanks for the answer.

The last question I have on that subject is : Do you have a planned date for the documentation section 4 (concepts) on the reference manual [1] ? It is the main documentation we need in order to plan properly the implementation.

Hi Francis,
the overall idea is that we probably need a couple of months more to reach out a final consistent state for Syncope 2.0.0 - and this includes documentation as well.

I will try to give priority to [1]: please watch SYNCOPE-700 in order to stay in touch with our progresses.

Since you are keen to start with 2.0.0-M1, besides the clear advantage of a smoother migration to 2.0.0, I can see few drawbacks:

1documentation is far from being complete (but I assure that it will be much better than current wiki pages, once done), and things are quite different from 1.2, so almost all wiki pages are not applicable 2admin console is still lacking some important features - within this respect, 2.0.0-SNAPSHOT is progressing fast but it is unstable by definition
3enduser UI is not ready - again, 2.0.0-SNAPSHOT is much better

Have you already started working with Syncope? Which distribution are you using?

We do net have a dev environnment for now. We just packaged Syncope standalone 2.0.0-M1 and 1.2.7 in two VM so we can play with it. We will wait for 2.0 since we plan to use it as our primary IDM environnement and the timeline for 2.0 is in line with our ressources availabilities...

This is very good to know, thanks.

Regards.
