I encountered some I18N issues when the bundle files are processed by
native2ascii or whatever translations.
For example, the new property files (for zh locale) become corrupt after
"ant new" (for all versions of Appfuse v1.8/9.x).
So it is recommened to use unicode format to store the localized contents.
Namely, to use "\u1234" instead of native words.
For most European/English users, they should look no differences.
For other users such as Chinese, there are some editors/tools that can get
the work done without any additional efforts. For example, the free eclipse
plugin "Resource Bundle Editor" (http://www.resourcebundleeditor.com/) is a
quite nice one. With such kind of tools, people can edit Chinese contents as
normal.
