I checked the avalon-demo out of cvs. and built it locally. On another note, I tried downloading conerstone, but the files seems to be unavailable, do you have any info on this. ?

Okay it looks like there is version incompatabilities of the libraries.
Essentially the jar used in the Phoenix kernel is a different version from
the one used in the .sar file. Could you tell me how you got the .sar file
and hopefully then I can tell you what you need to do to get it building.
