Hello,
After reading the specification document for this issue I notice two
thing.
The first one is the lack of some property to align the drop down
columns. I've worked with MsAccess for a long time (before switching to
linux) and this functionality isn't or wasn't available. There are
probably many reasons for the column alignment feature but the one I can
remember is the right alignment of number or currency.
The second thing is that in the document it is said that:
"for list boxes, a Column count other than 1 disables the Dropdown
property in the property browser: multi-column list boxes cannot be drop
down"
I didn't really understand why! I must be missing something. Maybe
the document could explain this. Perhaps this feature of listboxes is
not so important since we will be able to do everything we need with
comboboxes (hiding the first column like in MsAccess).
Anyway, thank you all for OpenOffice...
