Hi Andre,

thanks for the feedback about the multi-column list box spec. I'll
incorporate it into the next version of the document (even if this might
take a while since this is not my top priority ATM).
Some short answers here:

At the moment, the control extension aims at interoperability with MS
office documents, for instance for importing Word docs. For this reason,
I'm going to add this in the "Future Tasks" section for now.

This is twofold: a) My gut feeling is that implementing multi-column
drop downs might significantly increase the effort and b) it's not yet
needed for the primary aim (see above). As a conclusion, this at the
moment is worth a "Future Task", but not a requirement.
