Sorry, but this is nonsense. When you do a mail merge based on a MySQL
table, *no* Java is involved at all. As far as Base is concerned, Java
is used for certain auto pilots (*not* the mail merge AP), and for the
HSQLDB backend. If you don't use both, you won't ever start the JVM.
