Well, two things - one we have gotten away from Mechtilde's question in the parent thread. Who is willing to work on some documentation?
Anyone? The other thing is that in this case the relationship is backwards of what was suggested, IIRC, OO.org wanted the reporting engine from Pentaho. In exchange OO.org engineers created the report builder front end, that is now being incorporated into the Pentaho platform. At least I think that is how that went. Also - Pentaho just released RC1 of their designer, which according the pop up is not on my disk...let's see what documentation they supplied then?
