Well, to be honest I have tried really hard to get people to help work on something like this and failed. It really was my lack of focus that caused it to fail I think.
The one last one I have started on the wiki I'll finish. The only thing I'll say is what I have said many times before - it really should be based on a schema that can be built from the supplied table definitions in the table wizard, IMO. If you would like help with anything on it, please feel free to ask. However, I think you will have no problem with handling the task.
