Your understanding of the Spanish was quite good: The user is trying the
SRB, but he was looking for documentation (we all know it lacks of) and
he found this, that, as you point, has nothing to do with the report
builder, but the report wizard (I'm aware that for a while users are
going to have such kinds of confusion!)
