The list (and the forum Andrew pointed to) is intended for exactly this
purpose: describe your problems, and ask others whether they have ideas
for / can help solving them.
Sometimes you might not get an answer, which might simply mean nobody
has anything to offer - that's bad luck then. But don't let anything
like this stop you in asking questions :)
