Ok - fine ..I knew I was wrong to do it because I knew someone would fix
on that term and talk to it.
Without referring to any 'terminology' - there is always some baseline
of requirements for entry into a given market. If you do not meet this
base line or can not clearly show how you will meet them then you will
have a very difficult time getting acceptance into that market.
