The help files included are getting increasingly less useful as everything else 
moves forwards.  The official documentation is far far better.

No problem here.  I am running Win7 professional SP1 and have upgraded to
3.5.0 without any issues.

However, I still have the same issue of not being able to use the local help
pack.  It appears to install but I directed to the online help.  This is the
same as 3.4.5.
