Hi :) All bug-fixes and stuff gets backported to 12.04 for the next 4 years. If something isn't working well right now then it'll probably get fixed reasonably soon. If a more recent version of Ubuntu already has a fix for something then 12.04 will get it really soon. Regards from Tom :)
