There is AndroidOpenOffice. Whilst closed source, it is based upon Apache Open Office, to the point of including most of the obvious, and all of the non-obvious AOo tells. (I'm not sure, but I think it is simply a recompiled version of AOO, with things that throw errors simpoly commented out.
