On my Windows (7 Pro, 64bit), with 5.1.5, tabloid size is called "11x17"
(has been for a very long time), and choosing 'Use only paper size from
printer prefs' doesn't work...
Can anyone else on Windows test this and see if it works for you?
I tried so many things a long time ago trying to work around this, maybe
something I did is now getting in my way?
