The copyright notice says (my emphasis):

  This software _and related documentation_ are provided under a license
  agreement containing restrictions on use and disclosure and are
  protected by intellectual property laws. _Except as expressly permitted
  in your license agreement_ or allowed by law, _you may not use_, copy,
  reproduce, translate, broadcast, modify, license, transmit, distribute,
  exhibit, perform, publish, _or display any part_, in any form, or by any
  means.

so although it's on a public web site, it's not clear that non-customers
are even allowed to read it.

We need to work on free documentation (more than the man pages, which
have already had significant work in SoGE), but I just haven't had time
to deal with it.
