There was a page somewhere with permissive terms like the
sunsource/java.net ones, but I'd have to dig it out of the archive
later.  Wasn't it included in what Dan T was offering, or do I
mis-remember?  If you have contacts in Oracle, perhaps you could check.

It doesn't make a lot of sense, but I'm just quoting what the notice
says.  We've been told before that a Sun/Oracle notice doesn't mean what
it says, but I wouldn't want to rely on that in the absence of legal
advice or precedent.
