Is the original wiki really under a free license? I could not find
references that explicitly give anyone the permission to use it.

And a web page on the internet is by default accessible by anyone. If
Oracle really wants to lock down access, then it would require Oracle
Grid Engine customers to login (just like the LSF documentation). And
Andy pointed me to the new documentation site and I personally don't
see a problem with reading it. On the other hand, reproducing the
content may be a bigger issue.
